Located within the rugged Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair World Heritage Wilderness Area on Tasmania’s stunning west coast, Discovery Parks – Cradle Mountain provides comfortable accommodation in a stunning, natural environment. 2 1/2 hour drive south west of Launceston and north of Strahan. Allow 1 1/2 hours to drive from the Spirit of Tasmania at Devonport.

Our accommodation is built to reflect the natural wilderness of Cradle Mountain. Self contained cabins are warm and cosy, many with gas log heaters. Campsites are located in individual bush alcoves and supported by great amenities and camp kitchen facilities – including a roaring open fire. Native wildlife abounds throughout the Park.
