Inspired by New York’s coffee houses, the initial idea for an espresso bar and roasting house started in 2017 when Jen and Kirsti visited Manhattan.
They couldn’t wait to bring something similar to their home town, Cowes.
The idea for an espresso bar with extended hours, quality coffee, drinks, snacks and retail products was born!
The family has a long business history on Phillip Island with the first family business, a donut van on Cowes jetty, being opened in 1975.
This unique family business is based upon a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, top customer service, natural and ethical products where possible.
